CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and no-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
